Purpose and legal basis
We use this information for:
- Researching relevant business contacts

The GDPR legal basis is Raelume's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f): introducing Raelume to professionals whose responsibilities appear relevant to its creative workflow services. We send electronic outreach only where permitted by applicable electronic communications and direct marketing laws, including any consent requirement.

Connected apps (ChatGPT and Codex)
You can connect your Raelume account to ChatGPT or Codex. This section explains what happens to your data when you do. Everything else in this policy also applies.
What we receive
- Your sign-in approval: when you choose Connect and Allow, the app receives access to your Raelume account. We record which app you connected and when.
- Requests sent to Raelume: only what the app sends to Raelume to do the task you asked for, such as the prompt or instructions for a generation, the chosen model and settings, and any image or file you attach for it. We do not receive your other conversations, chat history or memories in that app.
How we use it
To run the generations you request, save the results to your Raelume projects, show prices and your balance, charge runs to your balance, answer questions about Raelume from our help pages, and keep the service secure and free of abuse. We return results, prices, your balance and the project and file details you ask for to the app you are using.
Who receives it
The AI model providers that run your generation (see section 5) and our hosting and storage providers (see section 6.1). What we return to ChatGPT or Codex is handled by OpenAI under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
- Results and files saved to your projects are kept like other workflow content (section 8.1), until you delete them or your account.
- Upload links given to the app expire after 5 minutes, and their upload records after 60 minutes.
- Download links shown in the chat expire after 60 minutes; the files stay in your project.
- The connection stays active until you disconnect it. Usage logs are kept as described in section 8.1.
Your controls
Disconnect at any time in Raelume, Settings › Integrations, or in the app's own settings; the app loses access within a minute. You can delete results from your projects, delete your account, and use the rights in section 9.
